1. Acceptance of Terms

Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source after deducting any applicable processing fees.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) money88 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.

You are solely responsible for:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

6. Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the money88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of money88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 8. Limitation of Liability

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
